Remembering an outline
The coach saves only when you choose its save button. One localStorage record holds the three preference codes. It is available to the same browser on the same device and is not a cloud backup or account.
Keeping an enquiry connected
The contact form requests a security token associated with a session cookie. The cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; the Secure setting is enabled when served over HTTPS. This session is used for form validation and a short submission interval.
No audience tracking package
The supplied pages do not include analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or social embeds. Local Bootstrap files support the interface. The timer and cards do not create persistent storage.
Clearing what you saved
On the coach page, use Clear saved plan to remove its browser record. You can also remove site data in browser settings. This action does not delete a message that was deliberately submitted to the server.
When saving is unavailable
If browser storage cannot be used, the coach reports the problem instead of claiming a save. You can still view the current outline and discuss it. Reloading may remove that unsaved state.
